"Great location, you can get to the beach and the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram. Quiet and peaceful area, nearby several bars where you can have breakfast or lunch. Close to the shops and the local market with vegetables and fruits. Very close to the train station, from where you can go to Cannes or Monaco. The apartment has everything you need, it's clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful."

"The location is pretty nice, very close to the line 1 tram station and in a very cozy neighborhood. The facilities are somewhat unorthodox in that the main space is divided from the bedroom by a curtain, but it works well. It’s very well lit and there’s also AC for the summer. The bathroom is spacious, the shower has great water pressure and temperature and the kitchen is great for breakfast. Very comfortable overall. There’s a balcony!"

"The bathroom door doesn’t properly close (it remains open, you can stuff a piece of paper in the jamb in a pinch and it’ll remain in place) and there’s a window blind we couldn’t find any remote control for. The balcony is great, but the chairs there are very weathered and not comfortable at all."
